Performance on Jira Cloud is not something in your own hands. Jira Cloud is a SaaS solution built with micro services that should server small and large Jira instances in a performant way.

What kind of performance issues are you encountering?
And do you experience the same on a non-company network? I have 1 customer using Jira where it is quite slow when I use their VPN. That's why I'm asking.

Sometimes Atlassian will publish active incidents (including performance issues) on https://status.atlassian.com/

If you feel like your environment is slower than it should be you can raise a ticket with Atlassian Support.
