How can we add users to our licence?

Hi,

We currently have a 250 user licence and have run out of users.

We would like to increase our limit to 500.

How can we do that, without having to purchase the 500 user licence?

Is there a way we can pay to simply increment our user limit?

Welcome to the community. 

You can not increase your license only by some users. For the on Prem licenses, there are only fixed user tiers.

So if you reached the 250 users, you have to upgrade to 500 users.

But you do not have to buy a new 500 users license, you can upgrade the existing one.

Your existing 250 user licence will be accounted for in the price - if, for example, you have 250 users that will expire in December this year, your 500 user licence cost will be reduced by the cost of 6 months of a 250 user licence.
