How can we add a pop up remarks for approvers?

This is an example that we wanted for the approver to have a pop-up remarks when they choose the "Disapprove" or "Decline" button. But this screenshot is for Assignee only. Is it possible to add this feature to the Approver user too? Currently, when the Approver approves the ticket it doesn't give pop-up remarks like this on screenshot. 

This is the screenshot of the Assignee who clicks the "Unresolve" button.

Hey @Mela ,

While not entirely the use-case I wonder if this might work in the same manner.

Atlassian announcement some time ago that on Cloud it was now possible to "request more information" as an approver by adding a transition screen which is available to the customer portal.

Not saying it's the solution but might be worth a try :)

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with JSM and has been reported to Atlassian as well.

Please refer and follow to the issues JSDCLOUD-6989 for cloud and JSDSERVER-4789 for server subscription.

Alternatively, you may try exploring the Atlassian marketplace to look for a relevant 3rd party plugin which may provide this kind of functionality.
