How can the card layout look different depending on what column (swimming lane) the card currently is?

Considering that different columns (swimming lanes) need to reveal different information about the card, how can the card layout evolve from one lane to another?

You could make the card colour match the swimlane if you set up the same selection rules for colour and swimlane.  But not layout or fields etc - they remain consistent across the whole board.
