I have registered new for JIRA Software and have starting creating Projects and related tasks for the same. I would like the team to add comments on these or move the tasks on the sprints or dashboard to show the update on them and the management to view the same also. They all can access the software but cannot see the projects and tasks I have created. How can i give access to them for this?

Following on from Alexey's answer. When setting up permissions I would suggest either using User Groups (Can be found in the User Administration panel) or Project Roles (Can be found in the Site Administration settings under Issues).

You should check the project permission scheme. Permissions are granted though them. Give the required users the Browse Issues permissions either via a group or better a role. You can find more info here:
