How can my issues in Done status can be striked and get the check mark?

Randomly in one of my project, for issues in Bug category, they are not striked trought in the sprint backlog or in the backlog and I do not see the check mark + Done in my bug. Can someone help me with that ?

The checkmark and the Done is controlled by the resolution field. You have to check that the transition that moves your bugs to the Done status has a post function that sets the resolution, or have a screen with the resolution on it that allows the user to pick the resolution when doing the transition. You can find the best practices for that field here.
