How can i sign in into jira app

I  try to register with jira app but unfortunately my account cannot access tothe app

Can you describe a bit more what issues you are experiencing? Is it throwing a specific error, or can you not access/get the verification code?

Also, could you try contacting your organization admin to try to assist you with this issue?

Welcome to the Community! Have you connected to Jira before without issues? Did you try with other browsers? Do you know if other users can connect successfully? Did you try on desktop and mobile?
