How can i show case "assignee" field and "original estimation" field. Along side status category (done, in progress, to do).

This is the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. 

With the latest app versions is possible to add fields like Assignee and Original Estimate in this gadget.

You could try using the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget offered by the same app, which can offer a similar view.

On confluence you can configure the link output, or hover and see the ticket details in full.

If you copy any Jira ticket link into a confluence page, it creates a smart-link that you can configure. I am unsure if this will work for the WBS chart plugin however.
