How can i recover or reset jira system admin password in sql db

Before posting i had already read the doc you suggested. My ask was specifically, to be able to create a hash for a password of my choice rather than "sphere". But shortly after I realized that the simplest way would be to set the passwd to "sphere" acquire admin access through the UI and reset the password once i am in.
