How can i obtain the behavior equivalent for the cloud solution.

i want to realize operation like :

- hide a field according to the state of the work flow
- hide a customfield according to the value of another customfield

There is no Behaviour equivalent for Cloud.  I am sorry to say that you simply can't do this sort of manipulation of field on Cloud.  There are some apps in the marketplace that provide fields that get you some of the way to doing it though.
