How can i manage the risk on JIRA?

As of now i tried to create risk as issue type. but the time I try to create new issue, those issue types are not getting displyaed.

Is there any other way to create Risk/ assumption / contraints, etc for better way of tracking my project

If the new issue types are not offered to you on "create" then you have not added them to the "issue type scheme" for the project. You can find that under project admin
