How can i hide teams module from the sidebar for all the user excluding admin

I am worried about the teams module which is in the sidebar everyone creating the teams i want to hide it from the others users how is it possible this permission should be for the admin only

You cannot currently hide of limit who can create Teams, please see this KB,Create and manage an Atlassian team  for more information.

Teams were added so that anyone with access to the instance could create cross-organizational teams to quickly be able to assign and share work. They are less restrictive than groups since you do not need org admin permissions to maintain them.
