How can i get permission to a confluence link

Hi. I do not have permissions to access various Confluence link. E.g.

below https://eqconfluence.barcapint.com/index.action#all-updates

I got the message: "

Not Permitted

You are not permitted to perform this operation."

Hi @Chekib , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I believe this is a permission issue. Please ask you Confluence Administrator to check if you have a license (i.e. added to the confluence-users group for example).
