How can i add an option "Portfolio" into my project?

Hello,
How can i add an option "Portfolio" into my project?
For now i do not see Plans or Portfolio in the top menu.

If you don't Plans in the top menu, you probably don't have a Jira Premium or Enterprise plan subscription.

This feature is only available for Premium/Enterprise - to compare features between the different plans, see this page: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing

The feature you're looking for is Roadmaps - Advanced.
