How can a Recover a card after changing the workflow?

Hi,

 

I have changed the workflow on my project which has links, I deleted the links, now with the new workflow some of the issues does not appeared. Is there any way to recover them?

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question.  You stated:

I don't understand what you mean by this.  In what way does a project have link?  In Jira, issues can have different links of links to and from them, say to other issues, weblinks, etc.

Changing the workflow that a project uses in Jira does not delete issues in that project.  Nor does it delete data on those issues.  

It is possible that changing the workflow on a project would force issues in that project to change their status values to ones that correspond to that new workflow.   In turn, if you're using a Agile board in Jira, it's possible that this view will limit the issues you have on a board or in a backlog based on the filter of that board.  Configuring filters has more details about this if that is what you are referring to here.

If this doesn't help, could you please clarify what you mean here in regards to links, the issues, and where you are expecting to see these issues but no longer can.
