How can Jira be used to manage a video content website and publishing workflow?

I’m working on a website focused on video downloading guides, media tools, and related tutorials. The website is SnapTubbes: https://snaptubbes.com/

I’m interested in using Jira to organize and manage the website workflow, including:

• Planning new articles and tutorials
• Tracking content writing and editing
• Managing SEO improvements
• Organizing technical website tasks
• Tracking bugs and updates
• Managing the publishing process

What Jira workflow, issue types, and automation rules would you recommend for managing a content-focused website?

I’d especially appreciate suggestions from people who have used Jira for website development, SEO, or content management.

I’d just keep one board and not overcomplicate it. Articles can move from Backlog to Writing, Review, and Published, while bugs and dev tasks stay as separate issue types. A couple of simple automations for review and overdue tasks are probably enough.
