How can I upload a .HAR file to a comment?

Each time I try to upload a .har file, I get the following :




I download the .har file from a comment from another jira ticket, so I don't understand why I cannot add it to the comment but another user can.

I am not copying and pasting the file, I add it as a 'file and image'




Here is the comment that I use to get the .har file


Any assistance would be great.
