How can I update Confluence users from Jira users.

How can I update Confluence users from Jira users.

I'm using confluence with jira users list transfer in the instalation process. After that I add another user in jira but the confluence users list did not get updated. Then I try to added in confluence I the sistem didn't let me. How can add the new user from jira to confluence?

You are right, the sync process in not immediate. Thanks.

Have you checked whether the sync has happened or not? There is a timer of some sorts and it is not immediate.
