We accidentally submitted a cancellation request for multiple Jira Cloud Marketplace apps, and the subscriptions are currently marked as “Pending cancellation” in the Atlassian Admin → Billing → Subscriptions section.

Hey! Using the “Undo cancellation” button in the admin UI usually restores the subscription fully without disruption.
From experience, it’s safe for most apps, but for critical apps or large user bases, it doesn’t hurt to notify Atlassian Support just in case there are backend issues. Make sure to double-check billing after reversal.
Has anyone else had hiccups after undoing a pending cancellation?
