Hi Ramakant@1019 ,

Welcome to the community.

You can take backup of your site from back manager. i.e. On your cloud jira, go to Admin --> System --> Backup manager --> Back up for server.

I don't see any option to automate it. There is already a ticket for this option: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6498.  You can vote and watch for updates.
Refer workaround section in the ticket and also you can find some details in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/automate-backups-for-jira-cloud-779160659.html

When you create a backup, Jira overwrites any previous backup file. Backup file is automatically deleted after 14 days. More details are mentioned in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/export-issues/
