I want to create a workflow espically for epic issue types, and whenever I'm changing the workflow of the epic, it changes also the other issue types workflows although I saved it espically for epic only.What can I do?

Is this a Company-managed Project?
If yes, you need to ensure there are at least two separate Workflows - one for the Epic, and one for the other Issue Types.
You can then assign different Workflows per Issue Type using a Workflow Scheme, see how to do this on this help page: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-workflow-schemes/
