I have a saved search in Jira for a given Release/Version. I want to prioritize the list of issues by assigning an order to them. I'd like to drag and drop them in the list so they display in the order I've assigned. How can I accomplish this? Thanks!

In native Jira, you can't do this. The navigator is a view - you can sort by fields that are in it, but you can't change their content.

Greenhopper/Agile does let you do this - you need to enable a ranking field for the project(s) and then you'll be able to re-order your issues by that rank in the Agile views (And it'll automatically update the value for you, as you drag and drop)

Have a look at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Ranking+Issues+in+GreenHopper
