I cannot create JIRA task, keep getting a message below. 

Issue does not exist or do not have permission to see it

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can solve this?

It seems like a permission problem. If you have the incorrect permissions, you may not be able to view certain issues. You need to check your permissions, check project permissions and see if you have "Browse Projects" and "View Issues" permissions.
