How can I simply export filtered search results just with selected colums to .csv?

I know how I can export the filtered issues to .csv, but only with all data fields, as it seems. This csv. includes descriptions, comments, etc., which make it hard to clearly separate it and turn it into an orderly Excel file with columns, because of defining a 100% sure delimiter, because of typos, mispellings, missed spaces, etc.

Btw. I wonder that such a powerful software only offers exports to .csv.
