How can I show a second line for tickets in the backlog?

I would like to add a second line to the backlog items in my Software / Scrum board. How do I do this?

A CMP project allows for this via board settings > card layout. You are limited to 3 fields.

I understand you would like to add a second line to the Jira backlog. Could you elaborate the reason for the requirement and a sample look.
