How can I see the field tab on my Issue screen?

I'm not sure what you mean by "field tab". Can you provide any sort of screen image of "field tabs" to help us understand your issue?

Hi Trudy, thanks for your support. When I create an issue in the screen I need field tabs, but I can't eneable it. I Share you two screens with and without field tabs.

Do I understand correctly that you want the Create Issue screen to show tabs in the "Test (SCN)" project for issues of type "CM - Change Request"?

Tabs for fields are configured on Screens. You can create Screens for each issue operation (Created, Edit, View).

You associate the screens to issue types in Screen Schemes. You group Screen Schemes into Issue Type Screen Schemes and associate that to a project.
