How can I see JIRA work log report with respect to status, issue key, project, and users

without using any add-on.?

If you are looking for some table that shows the time logged on issue by user, I don’t know of any OOTB solution.

Try using built-in gadgets in the Dashboard - maybe you will find some of your requirements fulfilled via gadgets on dashboard

Can you name any? I could only find the workload pie chart gadget which is not fulfilling my requirement.
