How can I restrict report extraction in JIRA V4.4?

I'm using JIRA V4.4, I want to restrict users to extract/view reports of projects.Can i put any permission for reports to specific user? Or may I disable reports extraction option from dashboard, only admin can view/extract reports and no one else can?

No.  All users can use the reports.

Hiding information from users is done at an issue level.
