How can I remove future versions from the Value Chart average line?

When loading a Value Chart in GreenHopper for a parent version, on some statistic, represented by the child versions, the 'average' line on the chart includes the future, not-yet-started versions.

How can I exclude these from the chart? I use it to calculate sprint velocity and it makes us look unfortunatley slow :(

Seems like there are no answers on Atlassian Answers when it comes to charts... sucks.
