How can I manage scrum predefined releases and weekly Kanban releases with the same project?

We are developing new features and planning to release them in monthly versions (using scrum sprints), but in parallel, we want to manage weekly releases with fixes that are ready to go to Production using the Kanban model. How can I manage this with the same project and backlog?

If you think of sprints as a cadence for learning and retrospective of the product and process and decouple from the release cadence, it'll make things clearer and you'll better understand how to build your boards to fit your workflow and releases.
