How can I make each person's section "taller" when viewing assignee's work in a board?

I would like to make each person's section taller so that I don't have to scroll if they have more than 2 cards in a column. Is this editable?

Welcome to the community.

This is not editable, a workaround is to not base you swim-lanes on users on the board, but create quick filters on the board, based on assignee.
