Hi,

I would need to restrict one user or group from Viewing/Browsing the issues in workflow status or statuses. This would apply to all issues in this status.
Is there a way to make this happen?

Hello,

Try to add a workflow property to this status like this:

jira.permission.browse.group=some-group

Hmm. Ended up in error while viewing the issue: "Unknown type 'group=Group_Test' in meta attribute 'jira.permission.browse.group=Group_Test'. Valid permission types are defined in permission-types.xml".  This error was happening as admin and also as member of this Group_Test. Searched for this .xml and and found an old issue related(?): JRASERVER-32078.

Edit: Should there be a certain Property Value too (in this Workflow Step Property)? Mine was blank while testing.

Thanks in advance.
