How can I keep Sprint value after status update?

How to replicate?

1. Select a Selected for Development > In-progress ticket from a Kanban project and Move it to a Sprint ticket
2. Switch from the limited ticket view to the "Old Version view"
3. Click Edit from the left insight
4. Scroll down to the Sprint drop down and select any future or ongoing Sprint
5. Save

The ticket is not part of the sprint...when it should
