How can I insert automatic sentences

Hello,

Is there a way do define typical sentences (which I often use), so that I can later insert them in the text area with 1-click functions?

Something like the bbcode buttons over the text area:

1) Cick on the button (or select a label in a dropdown list).

2) Insert something like "Regars, MY Name, blabla" automatically.

While Jira Service Management Server 3.7.0 and higher has a canned responses feature that would help here, JSM Cloud does not yet have this feature.  We are tracking this over in JSDCLOUD-631.

In the meantime or for other Jira products like Jira Software or Jira Core/Business, there are a few other solutions available in Marketplace as an addon to Jira.  Among these are a few different examples:

• Simple Response Templates for Jira - Cloud only 
• Quick Comment for Jira - Server only 
• Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira - Cloud, Server, Data Center 

There are also other possible solutions on Marketplace.
