How can I have pre-filled data under issue

Hi,

I want to be able to view a specific template OR pre-populate specific data, for Issue type "BUG" under summary and description section. How can i do this? 

Kindly Please advice.

Hello @Swetha Sangeetha Priyanka GJ ,

Maybe you can try with the post function in workflows to create transition on the "BUG" issue type.

Go to BUG Workflow --> Edit --> Select "Create" Transition --> Add Post function --> Update issue Field ---> Summaryy --> Enter required Text

Apply same for "Description" Field also,
