How can I have a duplicated story where it does not include the previous values for some fields?

I’ve had a request to update the default fields when cloning or duplicating a story in JIRA Cloud.

Currently, fields are being copied over which are not needed in the duplicate stories. These include fix version, acceptance criteria, design notes and plan sprint.
