How can I get the "issue security level" added to the new issues view? Works on the old view.

Hi all,

I know many questions have been asked around issue level security, but still not able to resolve my issue.

When I create a new issue, I can select the issue security level:

Using the new issues view, the Security Level does not show up.

I also don't have it available in the new Issue view layout view configuration screen:

But in the old view config, I can add the column:

When I switch off the new view for my issue, I do see the issue security level.

So my question is: how can I get the security level to the new view?

It all works fine in the old view.

Hello Martin,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

The new issue view is not able to render the Security Levels field yet. We've already reported it as a bug to our development team:

- Jira New Issue view does not display the Security Level of an issue

That been said, please feel free to watch the bug to receive notifications about our developer's progress implementing the fix.

For now, I recommend you to use the old view if you would like to use Security Levels.
