I currently have all Admin-level accesses in Jira Cloud, but I’m not sure where to check if I have Site Admin access specifically.
Could you please guide me with the exact steps on:
How to verify whether I already have Site Admin access.
Where I can find the Site Admin section in Jira or Atlassian Admin.
If the Site Admin option is not visible, where or how can it be enabled.
Who has permission to grant or enable Site Admin access (for example, Organization Admins or existing Site Admins).
Steps for requesting Site Admin access if it’s not currently available to my account.
I just need the clear navigation steps to confirm and enable Site Admin access within our Jira Cloud instance.

If you can open admin.atlassian.com → Directory → Users, you likely are a Site Admin.
If that section isn’t visible or accessible, you aren’t a Site Admin — and will need to ask an Organization Admin to check or grant it.
In that section, you can filter via roles, who is an admin or org admin.

For the Customer Portal, you should have a project type of Service Management.
