To be able to manage our company's Jira account, we need access to Jira admin. Unfortunately, the collegue that is the only Jira admin left the company. How can I get granted access now? I tried the contact form https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ - but I can't get Technical Support since I'm not the site admin.

You can ask your procurement team for your Atlassian account manager email and then email him/her and explain the situation. They may reach with tehnical team and provide you site-admin.
Also I in your company there is a second admin he may directly provide you the role.
