I'm not quit shure if these are "issue schemes" as asked before. (sorry I'm from germany) What I'd like to do is to assign issue-type groups to individual queues (Warteschlagen in German).

The features you are referring to in the screenshot are Request Type groups. Unfortunately, it's not possible to filter for request type groups on JIRA, however, you can filter using the request type field (Fehler melden, Fragen zur Bedienung) by performing the query below, for example:
"request type" = "Fehler melden"
