How can I export project from Jira without assignee and reporter info and name?

I have to transfer a Jira project from one space to other and I have to exclude the names of the assignee and the reporter. Need help in this regard!

There is no project export, let alone one that destroys data when doing it.

You'll need to get the full backup, expand it, run something that blanks out the xml for reporter and assignee, re-pack it and then use project import in the target system.
