How can I enter past days off in capacity tracker?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am attempting to update any days off for the resources on my project after the fact - i.e. for sick days. As far as I can tell this is not possible?
The days off are still within the current Sprint. Those dates are grayed out when looking to update.
