How can I enable links back into the GitHub page, from the Jira ticket referenced on a smart commit?

I have the Smart Commit Jira integration enabled (to add time, comments, etc. from a github commit) and I would like to be able to refer back to the commit data in Github, with a link back to the repo log. I can't find any way to get back to the GitHub repo from the linked Jira ticket.
