How can I enable estimation when I don't see that tab on board configuration?

I'm trying to following the instructions in Configuring estimation and tracking but I don't have an "Estimation" tab on that configuration. I'm a global admin as well as a project admin.

We are setup to log work against issues and I did find how to add the Time Tracking field to the appropriate creation screens but I'm still not able to see Estimation on the Kanban board configuration.

What step am I missing?

Hi @esayre,

The estimation tab shows only when you are having scrum board or created a project with Scrum software development type.
