How can I edit the issue fields? I want to add a new check box as sub field in existing issue type

I want to implement in admin account. Already issue type of Bug is defined in our system, I want to add one option checkbox of billable in issue. So whenever a user clicks on creating an issue a checkbox of billable should be available. So I just want to add that check box button

You want to add a customfield on an existing issue type, i'm right ?

When you create a customfield, select ALL and choose checkbox
