How can I determine who the admin is on my account? They did not set up the page to request access and we can't figure out who the admin is in our organization!

Hello @Betsy Hansen

Welcome to the community.

I recommend that you reach out to

- the person who invited you to join the site

- your manager

- anybody on the View All Projects page listed as an Lead for a project

- the IT organization for your company.

The other recommendation is to reach out to whomever is paying for the subscription, but I see you have indicated you are using a Free subscription.

Atlassian Support might be able to provide the information, but since you are on a free subscription you do not have access to Support.

There really is no other way than to ask around.

The answer below was from an Atlassian employee on a separate post similar to this:

The best way to check who are the administrators of your site is by checking internally in your company. Here in Community and also on our private support, we don't share this type of information.

The site administrator is usually the same person that also pays for Jira (main billing contact), so one of the options is to talk to the finance department.

Also, you can check with the IT manager or department because probably they are the ones who add new employees to Jira, so they have access to this type of information.

You could try using the Jira Admin contact form (if it is configured in your organization) by replacing the example site name to your own in this link: https://examplesitexyz.atlassian.net/secure/ContactAdministrators!default.jspa

Other than that and asking around internally, I believe there is no way to really know who the admin is of your site if you don't have sufficient system permissions already.
