How can I delete product and delete organization?

I tried to remove the organization but first they are asking me to remove products.
How can I remove product and them delete organization?

check this documentation for deleting products.

Removing products from your organization can take several weeks. To reduce the risk of accidental data loss, products aren’t fully deactivated until 15 days after the date the cancellation takes effect. This is usually the renewal date for monthly subscriptions or the date communicated to you by our team for annual subscriptions.

I need your kind help with the same issue I'm facing: I wanted to delete an organization, but the delete button is grey and not active.

I followed these instructions:

1. Delete your organization | Atlassian Support 

However, the button remains grey and inactive.

Then I followed other instructions regarding:

2. Remove domains and products from your organization | Atlassian Support

As, I did not have any domains, so there was nothing to delete.

However, I have a couple of products with the following message:

"Product offline This Jira Service Management is currently unavailable. Contact us at support.atlassian.com for help."

I pressed many buttons next to each product, but I was unable to find any delete buttons.

I don’t know what to do. Could you please help me resolve this issue, if you have ever encountered a similar case before.
