How can I create an overview of open times for all versions?

With Jira Tempo I can see versions and the tracked/open time, but only for versions with tasks which already have time trackings.

Under project there are serveal options to see the open time of tasks but I have to select the version.

I want to create an overview by all versions (tasks are included) with estimated time, used time and open time. 

can anyone help?

You can create a custom report in tempo, in that report you can feed the JQL filter of your wish and the group by "version"

If your tempo version is earlier than 8.x then I am not sure how to do it, best is to reach out to tempo support.
