How can I create a report on comments data in a ticket in jira?

How can I create a report on comments data in a ticket in jira? Can I flag the important comments on an issue and pull that data to create a report? Is there any plugin available to get this done?

Comments are all stored together in one cell of a table. You can include them when exporting the issue to Word but not to Excel. I'm not aware of any plugin that would do what you want
