You can use Issue Links to create your own hierarchy below Epics or in fact at any level.
If you are fine with a mktplace app to visualize your issue hierarchy using Issue Links, you can try our app
Disclaimer : I am part of the team which developed this app
You only can do this using Jira Software Cloud Premium, with this resource you can manipulate the Issue Type Hierarchy and configure the Issue Type levels as you want.

Actually the Advanced Roadmaps functionality doesn't currently support adding a level between Epic and Story. Refer to
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-18875
Advanced Roadmaps supports extending the hierarchy only above Epics.
However there are changes coming that would allow you to rename the current Epic issue as "Feature" and then you could create additional levels above that.
